That’s what’s bothering me still, zip. Even with the huge odds stacked against us it’s like the possibility didn’t even exist for mgt to comment on it AT ALL! Complete and catastrophic legal failures on just about every front since the 1st amendment win. It’s like there’s been a curse on us since then.

End of 22 should have a much different feel to it. Praying for a massive BOD shakeup by our largest investor because it’s clear we don’t catch any breaks with this joke of a legal/PTO system where one single IDIOT or corrupt judge can overturn a patent. It’s truly tragic for patients and shareholders both.
