How much has he been paid via deals via Mikah during his tenure vs how much shareholders have gained (actually lost) in share price during the same time period? Asking for a friend.
You’re analysis was and is wrong. While Nasrat has fought a good fight he has lost the war. The war is the share price. It’s down well below where it was when he started. He’s had nine years. Think about that. Nine years and we’re worth less
Now how much has he made running a measly 20 to 30 million dollar company. My guess is millions through MIKAH. That’s another problem. How can this be morally ‘ ethically acceptable.
We’re at 4 cents and some chump change. That says it all. That share price should be enough for the board to have shown him the door
Can we agree on this - if there price drops into the 3’s after the next CC and after he talks, like it always does - should Nasrat resign immediately. Should the board fire him immediately. I think so - what about you
If he does something good and we end up going over 6 cents or higher, I will never post again. 3 cents and I will continue to demand that the board replace Nasrat and that they find someone to buy elite - immediately
Another question is why is Nasrat paid a million dollars and other benefits. Elite is such a small company and generates so little revenue that a million and benefits seems excessive in my opinion
