I won a lot of shares.

Dang, how did that happen? I had to buy mine!

All humor aside, next week and for the third year in a row, Elite will report record revenues that, this year, will be ~ 40% higher YOY and with increasing profit. With the revenue generation, the Dexcel partnership, the exploration of a firm to replace LCI (and avoid potential products in conflict that would erode Elite's revenue share), and the future ANDAs that will come at the FDA's discretion, these all affirm that Nasrat has been doing what a CEO should do to impact the share price. There is no other way to influence the share price than by performance. Anyone working in a public business knows that well. Why Elite's share price continues to languish has been explained ad nauseam.

One more thing...About how Nasrat is enriching himself at shareholder expense. Let me ask...How much money has he made from selling the shares he accepts in lieu of cash, because Elite did not have the funds to pay him in cash? Rather than looking in the rearview mirror, shareholders should ask whether Elite is at the point financially to be able to pay him with cash...or even better...buy the SunGen portion of the portfolio from Mikah. These are points worth discussing, not the continual refrain - sell or quit - that lacks any understanding about CEO departures and their timing.
