Well... this is interesting from the institutional guys:

There is no reason to jump in before the next release. SO is making these guys tight lipped because their words are on record. It's kinda funny, for the first time I can actually believe the numbers. It's a changing paradigm here, we wait for confirmation of execution. Speculation for penny stocks is a no-no. Hope that helps Chris. Tootles.
