How dare people use English definitions of the companies words to show their failed pumps! I know!

Simply stating “days to weeks” seems pretty disingenuous in regards to his actual Statement.."

Where was this interpretation said at the time of that statement? Care to bump the post that days and weeks didn't really mean in the next two months, for us to see?

20/20 Hindsight? Or was it said at the time? Show us!

Were we also "disingenuous" to think that "IPF Snake Oil in several retail outlets, large and small in March actually meant that too?

Are you sure that is the word you wanted to use? I have posted many times on this board and they are always backed up by fact.
Take a look at my posts concerning the toxicity studies concerning IPF, Tamiflu and Acyclovir.
I have also posted concerning the similarities between EMU and FDA approvals.
I provided a deep dive into what has been stated over and over again that ITV-1 has gone through trials in Bulgaria.
I have profiled the players in Bulgaria, the facility where the trials took place as well as the results.
I have given my personal experience concerning NDA's, what they entail, and my take on what may, or may not, be going on here.
I don't know what you mean by context when Chandra said, "days to weeks". He has said that, hinted at partnerships, possible equity deals and, on each occasion, has been way off.
I do know of what I speak. This is a bio stock. I retired from over 25 years in the health care industry for the largest health care provider in the world.
I was an elite corporate auditor, one of only 10.
University of Michigan and Stanford educated.
Over 30 years of investing and trading experience.
I hold only a few OTC stocks as most of my investments are on the bigger boards.
I do an extensive amount of due diligence before investing/trading in any stock.
I hold over 2 million shares of ENZC in a "long" account that I have held for close to two years and I have over 1 million shares of ENZC which I trade (and have done extremely well) with.
I post on this board to try to provide information that I feel is relevant to they conversation.
I wish everyone good luck with their attempts to make money in the market. There are many on this board who do the same. You can take the information that I provide at face value or not.
Concerning your comments "regarding the actual statement" the main passage of that statement, which has been stated over and over again here and on other boards, was "days to weeks". Chandra said it, not me. You may also ask what context does the hashtag equity have? How about partnerships? What special situations are they speaking of? No one knows, maybe not even them.
Some might say that they love the smell of an NDA in the morning. Others might say that smell is fishy.
