LOL. If your friend really understood the data behind CO2 warming and the long time scales of cause and effect, he'd know the anthropogenic warming scenario is just another one of those scare tactics in an attempt to gain more global power. You give me data and I'll give you any kind of predictive model you'd like to see. Just another example of today's scientist being forced to think and behave a certain way for fear their funding gets cut off. But planting trees seems harmless enough and might even help lock up some CO2 for a while. And, plants love a rich CO2 environment so should do well.


On another note: I'm 50/50 that's Liau sitting there next to LP. Some of the same features.

I'm not sure how one can do a trial presentation without reviewing the inclusion / exclusion criteria. We should also want a confirmation that longer surviving patients didn't move on to other treatments or receive additional surgeries. DCVAX isn't supposed to be a "Maintenance drug". Because if it is, it needs new trials. We need a better description than "Vaccine" for this.

Why do you think "hes about right"?

The "green" movement strategy has not worked and has lead to more carbon emissions being released in the air due to the massive wildfires here in the US, Europe and Australia. All of these emissions are PM 2.5 and PM 10, harmful to humans. Forests are "choked out" due to lack of logging and insect and disease spread from too many trees and lack of forest management because of stupid USDA/USFS/EPA restrictions. I dont care what any intellectual says, our forests are hurting, and most of the blame lays at the door of the climate change advocates. I've seen it first hand and have been to every major National Forest in the USA and many other smaller ones, several times over during my 26 year career. Fires are getting worse and forests are much less healthy than they were 20 years ago. The "trillions" they are spending is a fool's errand and wasted money, and anyone that works and spends considerable time in any of our forests can tell you that. Just because some "trillionaires" think it "feels good" to plant some trees doesnt mean its having any effect. They are half the reason we are where we are.....using money to implement/influence bad policy.
