And if the stated value of these shares is "$0.00", and the value of the shares goes up considerably by the time they are sold....does this mean their capital gains basis is "$0.00" and no one knows what their capital gains impact might be? Maybe other director and employees' tax situations precluded them from entering into this type of deal.

So many unanswered questions. So many. And the reason they're not answered is because no one here knows the answers - just guesses.

Yep. Same with letting someone exercise warrants for $1 even if they currently end up underwater. If they can't buy at the market, at least they can put a few bucks in the coffers now and will get their payday later

Chuckles759- they may be to much information at once. Lol! Great explanation but I’m afraid it will still get twisted and spun just like everything else. Does anyone know how many shares Pestell has sold , I’m sure if he had we would know about it

“I’m wondering if allowing directors and employees to take equity compensation consisting of stock shares in lieu of salary allows those directors and employees to acquire shares even if they are in possession of material nonpublic corporate information which would normally prevent them from purchasing shares”.

Boy, this theory deserves its only ProActiv video and a three digit salute from NP.

“We are not paying in shares because we are short cash, no. We are paying in shares because god willing, the share price will soon be at least this much (holds the shocker up) because there’s something we know, but can’t share. That’s confidential information”.
