It's a part of a new toolbox, and it's a spectacular result already. The extra data is great to get, but the notion that it would be lesser is really neither here nor there. People who have very little to do with this disease or the patients or doctors or others who treat the patients can choose to express "disappointment", but those kinds of things are often more about not really knowing a lot about the disease or the drug, and less about the result.
This is a very good result. More data will be good. Expressing disappointment is not realistic.
