That’s not an opinion on the validity of LWLG patents. It’s your opinion that EO polymer modulators will not make it to volume production in a fab.

If it wasn't possible to integrate Perkinamine with high volume wafer manufacturing then either:

1) The 5 foundries are unaware of this;

2) The 5 foundries are aware of this and have told Lightwave, and the board are committing fraud by giving misleading information to their investors.

In this year LWLG will announce partnerships with two foundries AND announce large orders with at least two end customers for LWLG modulators at the same time.
