Right now if you show your hand to buy at .64 for 40000, the bid will change to .6401 right away. Someone( may be MM) does not want competition for the shares. They usually leave a larger ask and keep the spread big. So small guy will not pay the ask to buy while they can manipulate the price down easily on slow day to get some cheap shares. I am a buyer too on any dip. Once I see that, I simply sell a small position of my other stock, get the credit right away and buy it right away. I do not mind to end up with only one stock in my portfolio like you. Good luck!
