What makes you say there's an impasse? Do we actually KNOW that?

And I was not suggesting that they resolve it BEFORE the meeting. The ASM will happen, and I think the proxy will pass. My point was that it would be good to avoid the Special meeting AFTER the ASM, and that I hope they negotiate in good faith after the ASM to get the changes that Denner proposes, and avoid Denner having to call a Special Meeting.

They can change board members without a meeting.
