However imo, the SK Hynix ITC cases demonstrated the fallibility of courts, laws, and the system in general.
It was only due to the tenacity of Hong to persue SK Hynix in another jurisdiction (Texas) where he won. That's the extraordinary measures it took to get some justice in that instance. Should it be expected that, this is what the norm for justice is? - Absolutely NOT imo.
To what degree NLST will prevail over Google still remains to be seen.
The Law is weak imo, especially when it is under the influence of $.
