Kind of ridiculous that a Billionaire investor with many advisors on his Hedgefund staff would not know much about restructuring and not knowing about FNMA before investing 100s of millions of dollars.
yes maybe he does not understand the GSE restructuring myth, and if it is fantasy of the Ps or not, maybe he should get a bunch of bums from Miami beach and counsel them on it, or maybe just have a real accountant, corporate lawyer, and financial advisor on staff.
