i wasn't aware that me being legit required me to bless ackman's understanding of restructurings ... his past success with GGP was because they WERE NOT restructured.
this one is much different and i think he is just glossing this over, he has learned though to hedge with preferred. he'll be okay.. .especially since it's like a 1% position for him, if not less.
