I've been saying all along... No CTO/CIO or CFO is going to contract with a company that could be out of business before the ink dries.

So did they find out on their own that the "company has had 20 years of failures" or did you kind of let them know yourself? How well did they dig into the product? How much time did they spend on the product vs the company?
