This is yet another inaccurate and misleading statement. To roll over and be characterized as revoked would have infuriated any potential LT investors—they would not have been interested. Key words: evidence, grit, reaudits, $150+k etc.

The SEC did NOT provide any input but a Dismissal. The Enforcement Division is one of 4 divisions and had been cited in opinions as overreaching. The Company has used that terminology continuously.

Chronology and language must be exact in these matters.
