You have the timeline wrong.

The 10-K dated 3/16/2020 includes no mention of the German tax issue. It is mentioned in the 10-Q dated 6/24/2020, which was indeed delayed.

If nwbo had held the 2020 ASM within 13 months of of the Feb 2, 2019 meeting, it would have preceded the German tax issue.

I have the timeline exactly right. You have the timeline wrong.
The 2020 ASM should have been held on March 2 2020 (13 months after Feb 2, 2019) a date when the German tax issue had not been resolved yet. LP/NWBO decided then, in her infinite wisdom, to postpone the 2020 ASM to April 18. So 6 weeks too late. So LP felt it was necessary to postpone the 20202 to have the German tax issue first, which it did.

So your assumption that NWBO is postponing ASMs beyond what Delaware law stipulates, for the fun of it for no reason because they cannot be bothered because LG has puppy training with the dogs is 100% nonsense.

Like I said the reason for the postponing of 2022 ASM is as I suspect, but I can't prove it, to await the AJ.

For some strange reason, I have been put on 1 post per day so for me, the subject is closed. But you are of course entitled to your own alternative facts,
