I absolutely can imagine a meeting where nwbo tells you nothing because they've done so 2 years in a row.

This is, 100%, what is going to happen. We better hope ASM is a 'no news' event, because if there is news, the only news we'll get will be about dilution.

Makes NO sense

why on God's green earth would NWBO withhold an ASM, which is now according to Delaware law overdue and will so mostly be a month overdue if held in July as per DI, to then say nothing where so much can be said?
If they have nothing to say they could have just as easily organized the ASM 13 months after May 18 2021 and safe the risk of being scolded by the SEC, DOJ, or a suing shareholder.
