The way I see it is we have a binary choice: Amarin or Denner.

Amarin have repeatedly proven to be disastrous failures in running this company.

Denner (per allegations) may not play nice.

I'll take a fighter who doesn't play nice any day of the week over the repeated failures. As someone has once said: (at this point) what the hell do you have to lose?

Thanks. We will read what A and P have said; Arnold and Porter together with Kaye Scholer are familiar territory to both of us in past years.

Dogn, What i read out of of this (read only first link with the Case involving Denner and Sarissa).
----------------------------------------

This guy plays hardball in business to the limit - actually much what I expected - him being 'trained' by Icahn.

The short answer to this - is that where most long investors in Amarin are - what they fear most 'is Nothing of importance happening for the next 4- 5 years (typical Amarin MGT. speed - which is waiting for Next F4 round).

Denner moving in - means that there is a good chance - for Things starting to Move' (not in years but in months).

For me personally that why I welcome Denner very much (I wouldn't say he could be the devil) - but appreciate he is a man 'of Action' - if that means his business morality sometimes 'runs a little after his Speed' - so be it.

Life is to short (for many of us not being Spring Hares) to be Endless Long in AMRN.

Therefore from me - 'A Big Welcome to Denner' - may we all profit from his knowledge and insight in Bio's - and his connections to the Big Players in the Game :)
