To convert 4 million dollars in convertibles ( and there may be more than that) at 50 or 60% of the PPS at the time of conversion, which will most likely will be .005, keeping in mind the price will drop with each sell, it will take probably 2 BILLION shares and bring the PPS down into triple zeros (.0004 or so), so then they’ll have 2.5 to 3 billion shares out and still have millions of dollars in debt. Then’ll have to do the RS, they’ll have no choice. So why not do it now?

if the AS was raised to 3B??!!

The longer we get no mention of the Ostendo deal,

the longer this pain carries on!
