Why even propose 1:1000 to 1:500 Reverse split?

If all they needed was satisfying debt holders then AS raise alone would have been sufficient!

So why even propose this crazy Reverse Split??

The answer is - they want to dilute out current share holders. They dont want them to have any stake in whats coming through this deal.

The whole scheme is made to enrich noteholders (Michael Bigger etc.) and the management. Screw regular shareholders.

Sounds about right.
