HDG, I agree that Denner doesn't need any of us to vote abstain to call the special meeting. That being said, if a special meeting is called, he would need a majority of shareholders to back his candidates to replace board members. My voting abstain allows Denner and management to see where my shares may align if a showdown comes to pass. I do hope it doesn't have to come to that. The vote should make the likelihood of such an action unnecessary as each party will have a good idea of where they stand beforehand. IMO, everyone who wants Denner to gain influence should abstain. Those who back the current direction should vote yes.
