Once the ticker changes, this board and stock will get a major push
in eyes, messages, volume, and liquidity. I’m astounded that there
is still 100 million free shares out there in mm land to sell per the
lawyer/filing.
Like you and others have said, venkat has to sh+t or get off the pot
soon. He needs to build a company around this shell/stock in order
to capitalize on his product/products line. With phase 3 around the
corner he can’t go private because of the costs involved. But, he
can trade preferred shares and or options etc to bring in partners.
The biggest jump in these micro stocks/bio is between phase 2
and 3. If he gets fda approval after all this and their own core holdings
will be worth as much as going public but without footing the bill
or risk.
I think too, he needs to get the ticker change to bring about perspective
pipeline partners and so he can offer shares. That needs to be done before
almost anything drug related. I now think we are getting there and think
within a month or so could see the ticker change. Jmho.
Once people are appointed to the board-etc this will again fly.
We will see in one day a .10-.12 cent day. And that day, it could be
a ground floor level op for those who see the move that day.
I think .25 is almost a certainty. With .50-1.00 chance to with no
R/S….jmho…..this is getting good again, and I’m glad I got some\.0185’s
