I think we get a PR within a matter of days, to me the NVSOS filing was huge, it solidified their intentions. Venkat said many things were under discussion and the slew of filings signals to me those discussions have resolved into a plan of action, why else delay the SOS filing those are usually the first to get updated in these mergers, they were considering different options and are ready to execute now. Can't fathom why people were selling .01s today.
