Under UK laws he can call a special election
If Baker Bros , the other HF’s etc and all of us support him …,he can probably gain control … without any additional investment on his part

Strikes me odd, someone of his wealth would allocate such an amount.
I mean, what did he say to the broker, how ever many shares in can get for $93,000?
