The only scam being run here is by Discover. NOT GEORDAN.
-If you do the math and look at the filings, the series A shares he owns were worth north of $30,000,000 back when the stock was at $0.16.
-Based on more recent filings. He still has the same number of series A shares so he hasn't sold any.
-S800 was supposed to be one of four companies combined for the Nasdaq uplist back in 2018-2019.
-When Geordan's father passed, the other three companies pulled out as did BYOC's banker and the convertible note came due and went to default because they never uplisted.
-I wouldn't say they "bought into" Discover so much as used them as a last resort since the more friendly financier pulled out.
-It may not seem like it at times, but G and team are working to right the ship.
-The progress G made with Electric built and Remo is a perfect example. Do people think Remo sought out BYOC or that anyone is lining up to work with OTC companies? No. That was Geordan and team that BUILT that relationship.
-So many other OTC ceos wouldn't have bothered and just let the company whither on the vine.
