I don't believe this is a scam, I do believe it's classic example of uneducated business men trying to expand their company and grow using a typical greedy finance company that knows all the in's and out's of special financing and they take no prisoners resulting in company taking it in the shorts. They bought into Discover promising them all the money they needed for acquisitions and growth not realizing what the real cost would be!!! .0002 SP was not in their minds when they got tangled up with Discover and hopefully they fight their way back. Just my opinion and I got suckered in also and down about 300 k so I am just as foolish as the company. GLTA
