Actually, I agree with you.

But I was responding to another poster who said, “ what do you make of the fact that Lightwave and 5 foundries are engaging in yield learning?”

As Lightwave obfuscates any details of the whole “yield” matter, I do not know if they ran test runs in 1 or 5 fabs. Or in a test lab off the production floor. Who knows?

But I do agree that saying they had good yields in a fab is all they needed for the purpose of stock promotion if not for clear disclosure.
