I have seen it many times on many penny stocks, but What is it?, what kind of trade it is taking a price 99.9% down?, who does this under what condition, if it is conversion then the trade will be in Millions of shares!!..
whatever this trade to bring a share price to the ground briefly, this has to Stop, without knowing what it is we can write to SEC or any other corrupt orgs to fix it?..right?.
