That 0002 is not of any concern, it's basically like a glitch, it happens with many penny stocks sometimes. Just last month one of my positions is a stock at .01 and at open there were a tiny amount of shares sold to .0002 just about 1 second before all the bids went effective. Right at 9:30 AM it sometimes takes 1-2 seconds for orders to become effective but other orders can partially execute. The morning XTRM touched 0002, I saw before market open the bid 0002 and ask 0017. It could have easily touched 0017 as well before the ask orders went effective. So the few thousand shares that execute at 9:30:01 on any stock are irrelevant.
