There's probably a "drop dead date" on those shares from the 2012 Equity Incentive Plan. Without NP soaking up the millions of shares....they've probably got to dole them out before they reach their "go bad" date.

Plus...think about it...these shares are already approved from a prior S-3. They are 100% in the clear.

So well said MoneyCrew. Not only that, does anyone care to see who is on the BOD and the ADVISORY BOARD? You don't get the highest quality real experts like these guys for a saline solution. They know what is coming and all longs are holding strong and adding. Flips and short interests want to blow up every pimple and wart which is just fine. I like the low price buying opportunities they offer as we all know where the stars are shining. This is the beauty of long term investing into a commodity that real science has shown to be effective and safe. How many other new medicines can have shown such promise. Caught Pig Pharma by surprise, but lo and behold, there are some others with great promise as well that run into the same road blocks. Interesting how honest this health system has become, no? Hurry on November, leronlimab will pick up when Dr. Falsi is replaced....I give his departure date around Turkey Day, and that should coincide with the second big run for CytoDyn with perhaps Christmas CytoDyn gets a big present under the tree. Hello Samsung, good bye OTC.

They are taking stock to bleed this company dry to prolong updating their resume. They are taking stock as they don't have the cash to make payroll. Less we forget they already took $600k off the top from the last Paulson raise.

What is it called when insiders have certain information and all of a sudden decides to take payroll in stock instead of cash? Even these fast and loose executives wouldn't be THAT careless.

Or are they nowhere is "partner/acq" talks?

Which is it?

The stock is not worthless until it is. Management sees shareholders willing to buy the stock and they are being awarded shares based on the current market price of the shares on the data the paycheck is due. Management didn't "buy" it, it was given to management is lieu of a cash paycheck. They have no restrictions so they can sell the shares anytime they want (after Form 4). Laugh all you want. But the company doesn't have the cash to meet the payroll and are paying management, the four highest paid employees, with shares.
