I would do it now so when you want to pull the trigger you can without having to wait and wait for your request to be approved. It can take several weeks I am told to get your application approved and by then any upward movement might be over. You don't have to sell when you are given permission, you can do it when you want. These guys are good at hyping the stock just enough to sell into the gap so no reason you should not be ready to. But to each their own.
