Thanks for the compliment but its very simple. He said gesturetek.com plus he has a banner there saying joint venture partner, before it was joint venture relations. I have no idea what the joint venture relations or partner is about, so I was not sure if he meant he was a joint venture relations, or partner in the website or he meant acquiring GT Health Inc. Personally as I said before, I would replace the banner with saying GT Health Inc, a subsidiary of Winning Brands Corporation. It still says parent company GestureTek.

This is someone who said the business loss its bank line of credit, but was still operational on limited basis, but needed to be recused while receiving financial help.

Are you telling me you knew he meant that the company was petitioned into bankruptcy by the bank when he said that ? I did not and only went to search bankruptcy records because I found it confusing. I also have told you his lawsuit descriptions in his annual reports are quite misleading.

I was not going assume anything so simply asked him to clarify it even if it looked peculiar. And if I have to remind you, which I prefer not too, this comes from a man where a Court said he engaged in Fraudulent misrepresentations. I am not taking any chances.

Lastly his communications focused on acquiring assets. He rarely said anything about acquiring a majority of a business. I am not sure why he did not highlight that more as I think it could have been made to drive more interest. I also think he should share through release of records showing this majority acquisition as I find it in conflict with joint venture partner. It should be one or the other. Joint venture partner usually means each is responsible for its own liabilities.
