Satter is an intelligent person and has investigative capabilities not a lot of people have. However, it is unclear for me why he would speculate that Eric was acquiring the company's website domain name instead of the whole company itself. I am not pointing fingers, I would have never speculated something like that, it just doesn't make sense. Was it Eric confusing everyone? Definitely not, its the speculation that did that. Everyone understood its the company and not just the website.
