This turns on what is meant by "explicit"...Hikma bragged in 2020 in a public a meeting of financial analysts that.... "Company forecasts sales as high as $700m after regulator grants broad label."

Could you provide a link (or Doc number in the case).... since (IIRC) Hikma included something similar in several presentation, BUT that was:
(i) number for the previous 12 months based on IQVIA data ... it was not a forecast
(ii) about total market, is not about Hikma revenue

Furthermore:
(i) Are you sure it was in 2020? ... What type of broader approval? It sounds - for me - that it was pre R-IT approval by end of 2019.
(ii) The $700m does not sound like Hikma's revenue ...
(iii) intention in the future is not equal with action in the present ...

ziploc, yes Magistrate Hall sided with Amarin and usually the presiding judge goes with the magistrate's decision.... then along comes Judge Andrews and oops sorry he sided with Hikma!
