Why is this obvious?

By the total lack of them saying they have met with the FDA for a pre-BLA meeting and all went well?

By the lack of them saying the plan to submit a BLA around...?

By the lack of any expenses being recording for a rather large effort?

By the lack of NICE STA being restarted?

By no leak in the MHRA CHM or EMA CHMP meeting minutes?
