Iwanderer, It does irritate me a lot that It's not possible to 'make a trading account - Online' - at Fidelity (as it is the only place I have seen - (what you displayed via great Screenshot) - where it is possible to 'go short' directly via borrowed shares.
A couple of days ago I contacted Fidelity via a Chat site - and were told they have thousands of customers outside USA - but you have to call on telephone to get verified - before you get an account.
I'm now building up courage to call them - and if I get there (get an account and start trading) I'll let you know'.
