Yes, Sir. Anavex is a sleeping volcano.

It has so much verified, third party, independent confirmation of it’s MOA, Mechanism of Action, it’s unreal. It really works. The implications for that on our Society are enormous.

People not needing as many caregivers, people returning to their lives, being able to read, resume hobbies, work, it’s going to be a shock. And that’s just old people, the young Rett girls and now the Fragile X patients. We’re talking about helping schizophrenics, crazy violent types, mass shooters, everyone with a neurological disease, having a safe therapy.

According to Tom Puozzi, Democratic Candidate for NY, of the 18.5m New Yorkers, 1.5m of them have a serious mental illness.

Rushing this, is not a good idea. A rejection by the FDA would slow things down further.

He will submit the NDA when he’s good and f’ing ready.

Well said Nidan.
When data emerges that does no fit with our beliefs, the automatic tendency is to reject the data and say "couldn't be...". So there needs to be overwhelming accumulation of data that supports a different view in order to bring about a change in the long-held belief. My view is that Anavex is working on doing that in a way that increases the likelihood of supplanting the old beliefs with the newer information that they have been concluding is more accurate.

Very nice post Nidan, our day of reckoning is coming. Everyone easily wants to forget how Mr. “Corona” just distorted, distracted, and delayed the whole process a bit longer. Our footing has been regained and results from our Ph 3 Alzheimer’s and PDD are forthcoming. I pray for irrefutable and highly efficacious results to be shared.

TRY FILING NDA: There has to be a way to prove this is all true....IT's REAL. The GAP between measured value and potential value is massive.

Three ways to close the gap:

1. announce that the alz trial is completed. get the clock running

2. get top line alz data out by October. hit the stop clock

3. file an NDA for Rett ASAP
