Let's see what other amendments they plan to abandon. You're right that "in theory" all things should be equal. That is if they actually adjust the authorized in the same ratio. I've seen many times where that does not happen.

...And, as for drifting down, the market cap is basically fumes right now. A reverse split won't change that. If the stock continues to drift down after the rs, we're looking at probably a $5M market cap. That's game over, if it isn't already.
