Agreed. When the CEO refused to communicate with shareholders or having ASM that should have raised the red flag. But we were too occupy with having great revenue and blah, blah and blah.
Even the last communication after the merger he mentioned we will have substantial increase in EBITDA. But did not elaborate!!! This was a good time to say something about it. How much revenue with this new merger brings in!!!!
