The company effectively killed the pps and common investors with the Share Exchange Agreement end of last year.
Instead of paying off about 2 mil in loans to 2 predatory lenders(company simply didn't have the $$), they converted that debt to literally millions upon millions upon millions of shares at .0017
Those are currently being sold, and at a very nice profit for them. The rest got screwed as we have seen.
I don't think those converters will let the pps go below .01 though, so as to make as much as possible.
Just shows how much difficulty the company is having financially. Barely surviving.
