This new offering of 20 billion shares at .0005 is unfortunate, if not also a bit insane. I hope they are doing this because they've already got a buyer lined up, if they don't then we are probably stuck around .0005 share price for a loooooonnngg time. Yeah I don't get it. Who would buy unless they had some way to trust that they'd stop issuing shares under 0005 and also not reverse split after the offering to wipe out whoever buys it. This is insane!!
