I’m curious how they raised the AS without the shareholders knowing? To change the company charter they have to have a filing to do that. Show me the filing where they decided to raise the AS to 20bn. Cause I can’t seem to find one.

I smell bulls but posters making up fake news. To even have that type of offering, they would be diluting the shit out of himself and the rest of the investors in which if they themselves didn’t buy all of them it would destroy their investments by over 75%.

I read financials all the time and I can’t find the filings that show 20bn as increase….
I’d love to see that one
