At this point FDA approval is the only way to get to $3 and nothing else. Publication got spoiled by the NYAS presentation so I highly doubt it that it will have a significant effect it’s probably shoot temporarily but it’s no way it will not pass $2 thanks for NWBO element of surprise revealing tld on NYAS only to be taken down by AF and NWBO can’t fight back.
There’s no way they are trying to uplist. It’s been more than a year since they hire an employee related to uplist and up until now we don’t see any hint of uplisting so therefore no uplisting in the current plan.imo
