They would NEVER add a company to the index if they did not believe/have confidence in the business and future outlook.

2) There are NO LAWSUITS filed against MULN - none !! ZERO formal complaints naming Mullen Inc or any subsidiary of their's are/is or have been filed in ANY COURT IN THIS LAND WTF ????

3) NAME THE COURT, post the name of the lead plaintiff and SHOW THE FORMAL COMPLAINT "as filed" in said court (filing date, filing fees paid to Clerk Of Court, etc) , via what law firm and name the presiding judge, the summons issued and on what date, etc or else no fantasy bullshit LAWSUIT exists LMAO !!
