What happens if you lose a class action? If you lose a class-action lawsuit, you will not receive any compensation for the injuries that you have suffered. By joining the class-action, you also surrender your right to sue the defendant individually.
I'm confident the folks at the Russell Index have done the vetting of the company. They would NEVER add a company to the index if they did not believe/have confidence in the business and future outlook. Remember, brokers and various funds that have Russell Index stocks are required to buy/have MULN as part of Russell Index.
sure a company with a law suit going to the russ index another attempt to fool people here..
TOTAL BS !!
1) I have no idea WTF a "Law suit" is ??? Is that a "suit" one wears to a "law event" or what ?? LMAO !
2) There are NO LAWSUITS filed against MULN - none !! ZERO formal complaints naming Mullen Inc or any subsidiary of their's are/is or have been filed in ANY COURT IN THIS LAND WTF ????
3) NAME THE COURT, post the name of the lead plaintiff and SHOW THE FORMAL COMPLAINT "as filed" in said court (filing date, filing fees paid to Clerk Of Court, etc) , via what law firm and name the presiding judge, the summons issued and on what date, etc or else no fantasy bullshit LAWSUIT exists LMAO !!
Just total misinformation - not a single thing stated is remotely true !!
FACT: MULLEN IS GOING TO BE LISTED/ADDED TO THE PRESTIGIOUS RUSSELL 3000 INDEX in approx 2 weeks and NO AMOUNT OF DISINFORMATION WILL CHANGE THAT FACT - PERIOD !!
