I'm confident the folks at the Russell Index have done the vetting of the company.
They would NEVER add a company to the index if they did not believe/have confidence in the business and future outlook.
Remember, brokers and various funds that have Russell Index stocks are required to buy/have MULN as part of Russell Index.
