The vote was on Oct 15th..?? If that's the case, IMO would say that the promo did not really start until after the vote, maybe 10/22 or 10/25 based on the historical volume record.

For the most part, it was a very low volume promo but you do see an unusual volume spike on 10/22, when compared to previous days.....then the volume and pps start going up after that.
