you're probably right ... but it will not change much in the short term to get journal. With the position the company is in now, more is needed than a Peer review article and some news about production.
Before anything really happens, it requires an approval and a financial plan.

That a small biotech, against tremendous odds, found a way around the “norm” and got TLD out without risking the confirmatory publication is understood by those who have a greater comprehension of the politics and money involved here and who consistently have to hang in through the smaller investor’s anxiety and lack of understanding the signals that would alleviate that anxiety.
