Foundries mean nothing without a signed revenue producing contact.
If I had a device I invented yesterday I could call up the same foundries and get with them to fab the device. The device still has to be sold to someone. Same but more moving parts with a licensing deal or technology transfer.
The focus on foundries is a red herring put out by promo pumpers trying to keep everyone in the stock to continue the never ending paycheck scam for insiders.
