IF the research DOES show that there is a MATERIAL difference based upon the capsule, then I fully intend to file a consumer fraud Class Action against the generics which in addition to damages, will also seek preliminary and permanent injunctions prohibiting the sale of GV.

The merits of such a claim are obvious. The GV recipient is taking GV with the expectation of receiving the full EPA benefits of Vascepa, but instead, the GV recipient is being defrauded by receiving an inferior product that does not deliver the full EPA benefit.
